Marinos Lambrou the Mayor of Municipality of Akamas has signed an agreement with EPHALINOS STUDY LLC for the provision of study consultancy services related to the development of public infrastructure in the Potima area, within the Kissonerga Municipal department.
The proposed works include the creation of a tourist information booth, landscaped areas, a children’s playground, an outdoor gym, parking facilities, and a pedestrian road.
The total contract value amounts to €134,000 plus VAT.
This initiative forms part of the broader urban regeneration and coastal enhancement strategy being implemented by the Municipality of Akamas, reinforcing Potima’s role as a key recreational and tourism destination within the Paphos district.
